Christmas in Gaucín brings warmth, tradition, and creativity to the village.The celebrations begin on Friday, 5 December, with the switching on of the Christmas lights, which transforms the streets into a truly festive setting.
As you wander through the village, you will come across charming handmade decorations, most notably the beautifully crafted crocheted Christmas trees created by The “Gaucín Crochet Group“, adding colour and personality to every corner.
Throughout December and into early January, Gaucín offers a full programme of activities: Christmas markets, children’s workshops, concerts, theatre performances, festive gatherings, and, of course, the eagerly awaited arrival of the Three Kings on 5 January.
